Menus 6/11

This is my first try at meal planning- it's tough here because we are out at the baseball fields typically 5 nights a week. But I'll give it a go. By the way, Thursday night I made the Grilled Bruschetta Chicken from Jodi's site and it was delicious!!

Monday- spaghetti, garlic toast, and salad

Tuesday- Pasta Salad-whole wheat pasta, Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing, cherry tomatoes, green pepper and red pepper

Wednesday- out to eat (baseball camp and practice both 45 min. away from home)

Thursday- grilled pork chops, baked potatoes

Friday- dinner at the ballfield

Saturday and Sunday- baseball tournament so all food will be what ever we can find.

Happy First Time! It sounds like you are busy! I hope the weather is nice. Last week I did a lot of freezer cooking and several crockpot recipes, maybe this is an option for you? Have a great week!
