Menu Planning Monday 1/21

Think this week will go pretty good! Here's my menu- with some reciped:

Monday- Salsa Chicken
boneless chicken breasts- seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder adn cayanne pepper. Place on foil covered pan, top with salsa, bake at 350 for about 1/2 hr. With about 5 min. left you can top with some low fat cheese. Serve over a bed of brown rice, serve with FF black beans

Tuesday-basketball practice night- spaghetti for the boy, WW meals for us

Wednesday-Tamale Pie, FF re-fried beans

Thursday- grilled pork tenderloin, potatoes Au gratin, green beans

Friday- crockpot BBQ chicken-
1 bottle of BBQ sauce (any kind),
several boneless-skinnless chicken breasts
1 container of sliced mushrooms
1 c. of orange juice, coke or beer
If you add Coke or OJ, it makes it sweet. Beer gives it a little tang. You could omit the OJ, Coke or beer. You could also omit the mushrooms if you don't like it.
Put on low for 8 hours.

OOooo, Beth...I came over to your site after your visit to mine earlier today and you posted FOOD! Yum (I'm reading this right before I start dinner).

Did you notice the carnival I'm hosting Friday? It's Recipe Round Up combined with Snackalicious Super Dishes (and cookbook giveaways are a part of it!). If you have a recipe you'd like to link, the theme is crowdpleasers/Super Bowl appetizers.

Since the first thing I see on your blog is FOOD, I thought you might already have something ready to link!

In any even, LOVE your header, and I can tell by your "reads" that we must have much in common. :)

Nice to meetcha!
