Monday- It's my birthday(notice I changed my profile!) and I ain't cookin'!! Will probably be at the ball field anyway.
Tuesday- Sweet and Sour Crockpot Pork Chops-this is Laura's recipe, with green beans and salad
Wednesday- Breakfast for dinner- pancakes, eggs and bacon or sausage!!
Thursday- grilled hot dogs with mac and cheese
Friday -on the road to VACATION!!! Yippee!!!

Happy Birthday!!! We love the Sweet and Sour sauce so much (from the pork chops) we did it with chicken too last week. YUM! Your menu looks great!
