I'm Praying for YOU today!

If you read my lastest post you know that Luke taught me a lesson on prayer today. I don't have a "prayer bucket" or popsicle sticks with your names on them- but I decided that I would stop and pray for YOU today- whoever you are- if you are reading this post then you have been prayed for today!

Every time you cross my mind, I break out in exclamation of thanks to God. Each exclamation is a trigger to prayer. I find myself praying for you with a glad heart. Philippians 1: 2-3 (The Message)

Father, I ask that You will bless the person reading this post. If they are discouraged today, let them feel Your strong, yet gentle arms holding them with loving care. Let them feel You lift them up on eagles wings. If they are rejoicing today, let them rejoice in knowing that ALL THINGS come through You! If they are sick, place Your loving hands upon them and allow them to feel Your care. Be with those that are caring for them and guide their hands in all that they do. If they are traveling, protect them with Your traveling mercies.

Lord, whatever this person is facing today- let them turn it all over to You. I pray that You will help them to realize that they are a member of Your chosen people and that You have heard their cry and have a heart full of compassion for them. Hold them in Your precious hands Lord and never let them forget that You are their saving grace. You are the one who created them and You are the one that surrounds them with Your loving care.

In Your most gracious and glorious name I thank you for this person!

Beautiful! Thank you for this post, and for praying for all of those who read your blog. I do the same for mine. We may never know their names, but the Lord does, and He allows us to be a part of their lives through prayer.

Blessings to you today.
